We dealt with Jade from Hot and Cold shop in Shepparton. Jade was helpful and not pushy which was good. My pet hate is overley pushy salesmen he had good knowledge of the product and if it would suit us.

We had ducted heating and cooling installed to a new build. It came with an IZone box which we have found too high tech for us.
That being said, Hot and Cold shop have always responded to our problems with the IZone. Yesterday I had an IZone tech ring me and guide me through the system to rectify the problems that we were having. It was a challenging experience but he was extremely patient with me and I did learn a lot more about the system. Just wouldn’t recommend an IZone box if you are technically challenged but I cannot complain about the service from Hot and Cold shop, and a big shout out to Rhiannon who is my first point of call. She is so polite and helpful.

We have been very happy with our hot and cold shop experience. We've had a few little issues along the way but these have always been resolved to our satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend them.

The hot and cold shop go above and beyond when it comes to your heating and cooling. Having previously used the hot and cold shop over previously years, having dealt with Phill i know he and the crew go out of there way to help you with your needs and stock very good high end products that are proven to last many many years saving you money in the long run.

I was happy that they came and answered all my questions. Was disappointed that they couldn’t have suggested a better solution to the pipe not going into my gutters. After paying a good price to install the unit I still had to fix this problem myself. Looks shit lol
